  1. General Policy on Refunds

1.1. Used AI Credits: Once AI credits have been used, they are non-refundable under any circumstances. 1.2. Unused AI Credits: Refunds for unused AI credits may be considered at the sole discretion of Akki AI. Requests for refunds must be submitted through our official support channels.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. 2.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this timeline will not be considered. 2.3. Akki AI reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

Violation of our Terms of Service or other policies by the user.

Fraudulent or unauthorized activity associated with the account or payment.

  1. How to Request a Refund

3.1. To request a refund for unused AI credits, users must contact Akki AI customer support at support@akki.ai or through our support portal. 3.2. Users must provide the following information for processing:

Proof of purchase (transaction ID, receipt, etc.)

Account details (username, email associated with the account). 3.3. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

4.1. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 4.2. Akki AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances

5.1. Users found in violation of Akki AI’s Terms of Service will forfeit their eligibility for refunds, regardless of whether AI credits remain unused. 5.2. Refunds will not be issued for promotional or complimentary AI credits provided by Akki AI.

In the event of a dispute related to a refund, users are encouraged to contact our customer support team for resolution. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction outlined in our Terms of Service.
